I congratulated myself a year ago on how awesome I was to finish Lincoln’s baby book (the digital scrapbook, project life type version at least) within a couple months of his first birthday. “Go me!” I thought. I patted myself on the back and went about my business.
Fast forward to a couple months ago when I went looking for all my digital files to put together the book for print… and I realized that while I had taken the photos for his 12 month page… I had never made the page.
Thankfully I had already put together the stats picture at the time (I would not have remembered any of that.) And thank goodness for Instagram and Facebook so I could look back and see what L had been up to during that time, to remind myself what else he was doing that I had treasured enough to record on social media.
And now, finally, the little monkey’s monthly pages are officially complete.

Now to find the best way to print in book form! Any suggestions on the some good online printing companies?
Such a brilliant idea and you have done a fabulous job with the posters. I have always wanted to make something similar but laziness and procrastination got to me.. sigh. Maybe I should work something around the next time and will save your post for then. 🙂

What a great idea! I’m thankful for adding some of my pictures to social media as well. Otherwise many of them would’ve been lost.
