Young Living Savvy Minerals Lip Gloss

Um. Shut the front door. Right now.

Young Living has come out with new starter kits. That alone is awesome.

But way more awesome is that they are filled with the Savvy Minerals products– the all natural makeup line produced by Young Living.

If you were on the fence before about getting a starter kit, this just might push you over the edge. I already have a kit (and about thirty other oils), and even I’m debating purchasing one of these bad boys. The value is incredible in these kits. I’m actually a little shocked with how much they packed in for only $150!

Young Living Savvy Minerals Starter Kit

What comes in the Young Living Savvy Minerals starter kit?

  • Powder foundation
  • Blush
  • 3 Eyeshadows
  • Lip Gloss
  • Misting Spray
  • Foundation Brush
  • Plus, a bottle of lavender essential oil (great for some DIY facial products like toner)

I personally have spent $50 on a foundation brush at Sephora. (Why did I do that? That was stupid.) And don’t even get me started on the cost of a good foundation.

Why bother with a starter kit?

Well, the starter kit is your ticket to becoming a wholesale member and getting products at discounted, wholesale prices. A lot of people don’t want to bother with this since they don’t plan to sell oils, but I can vouch that there is no selling necessary.

When I first got my starter kit, it was through my sister-in-law who gifted it to me when I was pregnant with Lincoln. I didn’t do anything with my membership for about a year and a half, but when L was around 6 months I started really getting into making my own rollers and diaper spray, and I found myself needing more oils. I started doing the Essential Rewards program around then, too, so I could earn money back on my purchases.

Anyway, all this is to say, while you can purchase products from Young Living without a membership, it’s way more beneficial to sign up with a premium kit. Not to mention the value of each kit far exceeds the cost. Most of the starter kits contain products worth more than double the cost of the kit.

And if I’ve now convinced you about the awesomeness of the starter kits, but you’re not really into the makeup thing, don’t forget about Young Living’s original starter kit: the premium kit contains 11 different oils plus a diffuser, along with some sample products. Definitely worth it if you’re wanting to get a good sample of some popular oils.

If you’re feeling gung ho, I invite you to head over to Young Living’s website, join my team, and sign up for your starter kit. It’s a choice I promise you won’t regret!

Do you have any questions about the starter kits? Wondering what to do with oils? Or want to comment about how you use yours? I’d love to hear from you!
